Previous Pakistan quick bowler Shoaib Akhtar was generally scared of Indian batsman Rahul Dravid. Akhtar himself said that it was not difficult to get Sachin Tendulkar out, yet it was undeniably challenging to get Dravid out. Akhtar had got Dravid and Tendulkar out in two continuous balls in the Kolkata Test in 1999. Against India, Shoaib Akhtar took 28 wickets in 10 Tests and 41 wickets in 28 ODIs.
