Australia’s Adam Zampa got a ICC reprimand for using obscene language during the 1st ODI vs South Africa in Cairns. The Level 1 breach happened during the 37th over. Zampa admitted the offence & accepted the penalty. “Level 1 breaches carry a minimum penalty of an official reprimand…” said the ICC. South Africa won the match by a huge margin, taking a 1-0 lead in the series.
