BCCI secretary Devjit Saikia said that it is not possible to completely break sports ties with Pakistan, this can lead to ICC/ACC sanctions. India will face Pakistan in Asia Cup 2025 on 14 September in Dubai. India’s first match in the tournament starting on 9 September is against UAE on 10 September. The central government has issued clear guidelines regarding participation in sports.
