Australian legend Ricky Ponting revealed that he wanted to include Shreyas Iyer, Arshdeep Singh and Yuzvendra Chahal in Punjab Kings in the IPL mega auction. Punjab Kings bought Shreyas Iyer for Rs 26.75 crore, while Yuzvendra Chahal was bought for Rs 18 crore. Punjab Kings used their RTM card to retain Arshdeep Singh for Rs 18 crore.
