Pappu Yadav’s son, Sarthak Ranjan, was bought by KKR for ₹3 million (US$1.3 million) in the IPL 2026 mini auction. Sarthak plays for Delhi Capitals in the Abu Dhabi auction. He recently scored a century in 58 balls in the Delhi Premier League 2025. KKR acquired him at his base price, as no other team made a bid. Ranjan, 29, is a right-arm off-spinner and a master of hitting long sixes.
