Due to Shubman Gill’s injury, India’s plans for the Africa ODI series have been altered. KL Rahul will now be the new captain of Team India. Gill suffered an injury in the Kolkata Test, making his participation in the ODI series doubtful. Rahul has previously captained the team in 12 ODIs, winning eight of them. The three-match ODI series between India and South Africa will begin on November 30, with the first match being played in Ranchi.
