The PCB responded to Sri Lanka’s request to reconsider Pakistan’s govt’s India boycott call for the T20 WC match on Feb 15 in Colombo. The PCB confirmed receiving the letter, but stated, “We can’t overturn the government’s decision.” Back-channel talks began after the Pakistan govt’s stance. Pakistan will play the Netherlands on Feb 7 and the USA on Feb 10.
