Seyfert world, any of a class of worlds known to have active capitals. Similar worlds were named for the American astronomer Carl K. Two types are honored. The nuclear gamuts of Type 1 Seyfert worlds show broad emigration lines, which are reflective of a central attention of hot gas that is expanding at pets of over to thousands of kilometers per second. Type 2 Seyfert’s have strong emigration lines, but they indicate more-modest rapidity, lower than 1,000 km/ sec. Seyfert worlds appear normal in ordinary images but are extremely strong sources of infrared radiation. Also, numerous are important sources of radio energy and X-rays as well. Seyfert capitals are related to quasars but supposedly involve lower quantities of energy release. About 1 percent of all helical worlds are allowed to parade Seyfert parcels, or maybe all helical worlds are Seyfert’s 1 percent of the time.
