Former Team India cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu has raised questions on the selection of five spinners in the team for the Champions Trophy 2025. Sidhu said that no team has ever selected such a spin-heavy bowling unit in any major tournament. Regarding this, he said, “No team in history has ever selected five spinners, and there is a reason for this. There is no second chance in the Champions Trophy”.
