1983 World Cup
The 1983 Cricket World Cup (authoritatively the Prudential Cup ’83) was the third release of the Cricket World Cup competition. It was held in Britain and Grains from 9 to 25 June 1983 and was won by India. Eight nations partook in the occasion. Britain, India, Pakistan and the West Indies qualified for the semi-finals.
