Indian umpire Nitin Menon won’t head out to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy beginning on February 19. Menon has quit umpiring in the competition refering to individual reasons. The ICC has reported a rundown of 15 match authorities which incorporates three match refs and 12 umpires. The competition will be held at three scenes in Pakistan – Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi.
