Former Tamil Nadu captain Vijay Shankar is set to represent Tripura after securing an NOC from the TNCA. He will join India batter Hanuma Vihari, who also moved to Tripura recently. Shankar’s exit follows his exclusion from the Tamil Nadu squads last season.
While the TN coach appreciated his contributions, the switch offers both players a chance to revive their careers.
